Our Values
Budding Sprouts Childcare is a loving and nurturing environment that focuses on developing your most cherished treasure. We are a humble business that was founded in 2018. We have over 21 years of childcare experience ranging from in-home care attention to a high turnover development center. We have come to prefer and appreciate the close-knit atmosphere where your child can receive the devoted attention they deserve.
We have designed a curriculum for developing and educating toddlers and school-aged children. Although we are qualified to care for infants, our activities and daily schedule are more suited for children with mobility and budding learning aptitude. Our foundation is based on four core values: Prudence, Fairness, Fortitude, and Temperance.
Prudence
We practice Prudence, carefully determining the appropriate course of action in each situation at the appropriate time, considering children’s well-being as the top priority.
Fairness
We teach Fairness, demonstrating patience and empathy as we execute our curriculum and facilitate a positive interactive environment.
Fortitude
We instill Fortitude, helping to build confidence and enable children to navigate challenges, confront fear, and overcome uncertainty.
Temperance
We focus on Temperance, developing self-control and moderation, and instilling a sound-minded approach to problem-solving.
